        清华大学人工智能国际治理研究院是2020年4月由清华大学批准成立的校级科研机构，由知名科技政策专家、清华大学文科资深教授薛澜担任院长，图灵奖得主，中国科学院院士姚期智先生担任学术委员会主席，拥有一支由知名专家学者、中青年学术骨干和业界资深人士组成的研究队伍。研究院依托在人工智能与国际治理方面的已有积累和跨学科优势，致力于提升在全球学术影响力和政策引领作用，为中国积极参与人工智能国际治理提供智力支撑。

The Institute for AI International Governance of Tsinghua University, established in April 2020 with approval from Tsinghua University, is a university-level research institution. It is led by renowned technology policy expert and Distinguished Professor of Humanities, Xue Lan, as Director, with Turing Award laureate and Chinese Academy of Sciences Academician Yao Qizhi serving as Chair of the Academic Committee. The institute's research team comprises prominent scholars, emerging academic leaders, and senior industry experts. Building on its interdisciplinary strengths and existing expertise in artificial intelligence and international governance, the institute is dedicated to enhancing its global academic impact and policy leadership, providing intellectual support for China’s active participation in AI international governance.
